When you sync, there are two ways to do so:

Automatic - if you want this, then you have to go to the iPhone tab -> Music tab (not the sidebar, the tab in the bar up top - see links below) -> hit "Selected artists,..." and then hit sync, it will sync checked songs and should delete all unchecked songs from the iPhone.

Manual - Basically if you want to move a song onto the iPhone, then drag it in. Otherwise, it won't automatically go on it. This allows you to delete songs individually from the iPhone. To select this, uncheck "Sync Music" or check "Manually manage Music".

you are able to acquire utilising iTunes on your computing gadget, then in simple terms circulate the track as many circumstances as you prefer to in spite of the fact that iPod you connect. you are able to acquire directly to the two gadget, yet that's a bad concept simply by fact it incredibly is extra hassle-free to decrease back up media from a working laptop or computing gadget than an iPod or iPhone.
