¿LIMONCELLO? S.O. S - se puede dañar la preparación?

qué pasa si desp. de todo el proceso se forma en la parte superior una capa más intensa? Se tira o simplemente se vuelve a colar??

    supongo que la capa mas intensa es como mosto, seria bueno retirar solamente esa capa
