I am having pains as I hav on my 1st day of periods but der is no bleeding whatsoever! Dis has never happened?
This has never happened wid me before but there is jus one thing dat I was on quite a lot of antibiotics last month after my last periods as I was suffering from UTI. But nw hav left d medicines n the problem has resolved too.but now m 3 days late for my period n only getting pains no blood! Also I hav never had sex so no question of being pregnant!

Antibiotics will cancel out any birth control , so if your using birth control for non sexual reasons (Acne, cramps, regulating your period, etc.), it will cancel it out and screw up your period. Also, stress on your body can cause messed up periods. If the UTI was really bad, it would cause too much stress on your body and make your period late. Or emotional stress. But, there is a chance that it is just an irregular period. But, this is just me thinking of things, the only reason my period was three days late was because I'm pregnant ._. But, it was irregular for the first couple of years. Have you just started getting your period in the last year or two? That's another possibility. Periods can fluctuate for the first year or two. My period was the beginning of every month, then my twelfth birthday came along, and it went AWOL for 2 months, because it hit me my parents weren't getting back together. THere are multiple reasons why periods are late, not all of them are pregnancy.
