    I wouldn't let her to go . what kind of freak asks a 13 yr old girl for doing such thing for 1 million without her parents knowing ?

    i would go along with her, yes she is too young, but i would not stop her from doing it. as long as i went there with her to make sure she wasnt introduced to drugs or drinking or some old drunk "F" didn try and rape her at some party

    You would have to go with her as she is not old enough to go without a parent or legal guardian.
