MTG Legacy Grindstone/Painter's servant vs Emrakul: Does this work?

What I think happens is you use the Grindstone combo and mill the person's library. Emrakul triggers and in response to the trigger you use Surgical Extraction, the Emrakul are taken out of the game and the rest of the graveyard is put back into the library. Afterwards you mill them again.

Does Leyline of the Void work against Emrakul? Do you know of any other ways to get rid of Emrakul?

There are plenty of ways to get rid of their graveyard in response to the trigger, Tormod's Crypt probably being the best and it just got reprinted.

Leyline of the Void works against Emrakul but keep in mind, if your opponent has Blightsteel or Darksteel Colossus in their deck instead, the replacement effect that they have will merely shuffle them back into the deck with no trigger to respond to.

Yes Painter's/Grindstone will work on such cards, so long as you also have an instant'speed exile graveyard card or graveyard effect, like Surgical Extraction or Extirpate. Leyline of the Void is even better, as it prevents the shuffle the Graveyard into the Library ability from triggering at all.

You can also use things to strip the Legendary Eldrazi directly out of the Library, like Thought Hemmorage, Sadistic Sacrament, or Memoricide.
