    Dear BV,

Please check out BPD WORLD at http://www.bpdworld.org/ to see if their support community is "for you." It's an onlline mutual support group for individuals with BPD, provided through message boards. It was started by a person with BPD in England, who developed the online organization as a non-profit. Click on "Community Forums" there on the top menu bar to see the different message boards. One limitation is that, because the extraordinary person who started it all is in the UK and most of the members are from Great Britain, most of the "resources" shared there are in the UK.

If you're fortunate to meet any people there from your locale, and sense you would like to work with them to start a local community BPD recovery support group in your area, I know of one "model" face-to-face support group that has been running for several years near Vancouver, Canada, which I think would be willing to share their insights on how to do that.

In any case, best to you, and if you join World and are helped, don't forget to stay a while there to help others, especially "newbies."

Take good gentle care of yourself, - Ed

www.dailystrength.org has a really good support group. Join dailystrength (it is free) then find the personality disorder support group. It is for people with any personality disorder but most of the people there are women with Borderline.

There are quiet a selection available. I particularly like the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) web site. It has in abundance guides to community support groups. NAMI is reputable and the information provided is factual based on expert researches. You may be able to find a local support group on borderline personality disorders that meet weekly or biweekly.

hi Angel airborne dirt and dust A diagnosis isn't each and every thing and at times its a limitation instead of a help. i think of that in case you experience the countless key indicators of this situation meet your presentation, by skill of all skill seem up web pages (try Spectrum in oz) and Dialectic Behavioral scientific care) and notice what innovations have labored for others and consider a splash extra correct to the situation, yet i won't emphasis adequate the magnitude of expert assist in making issues much less annoying. finding inward is rather complicated. i might additionally try your community library and community centre or a referral telephone line who're in a position to link you up with peer help communities if thats your selection. each and all of the suited of success

This may not be exactly what you're looking for, but www.borderlinepersonality.ca (A.J. Mahari's site) is my favorite resource of positive writing and hope about BPD.
