I've replaced all the insides of my toilet and water still runs, what else?
Is there anything else I can try before I replace the entire toilet? If I do have to replace the toilet is that something an amateur can do or will I need a plumber? Thanks in advance.

Take some food coloring and put a drop close to the flapper valve. Does the water in the bowl turn color? If so the flapper is not seating properly.
Also check the fill tube to make sure there is not a crack in it. The tank will never fill completely if the tube allows the water to drain out. (this one can cause it to never turn off the float fill valve.)
A dumb one but still needs checking, is that the tank is not overflowing into the fill tube due to the float valve not being set properly.

Adjust the fill valve to stop the water level before it runs into the overflow tube..... or lengthen the chain to the flapper or make sure the flapper sits squarely upon the flush hole.
If there is a notch in the flush hole, you will have to replace the overflow/flush fixture.
