my cat seems to be getting large amount of mosquito bites on his ears and nose is this dangerous?

I HAVE 3 CATS BUT THIS IS ONLY HAPPENING TO ONE....ONE CAT LIVES OUTSIDE 24/7 AND HE DOESNT HAVE THE PROBLEM..

WHAT CAN I DO ..CAN HE GET WEST NILE VIRUS?????

    It sounds like an allergy. Try putting benedryl cream on the spots and see if it helps. Check it out with a vet. Cats don't get west nile virus
