about 30 -40 gallons of fuel oil spilled in my basement , uhgg!... we cut out to effected wood but there is still a strong oder probably coming from the floor... aside from tearing up the spanish tile how can i remove this oder? ..can i paint over the concrete portion of the floor and foundation walls, will that solve my problem ? what kind of paint should be used?..thank you..

it appears other fish MAY BE LOOSING SCALES ...more than 1/2 the 2000al has been changed last week... 1 fish loosing scales and "skin" appears red/raw has been put in separate tank..

about three weks ago i found 2 fish in the dirt outside my pond..they must have been there 30 mins..maybe 3 hrs..but alive and covered in dirt. i placed them back in the water brushe off as much dirt as i could and let them swim off . one died [ puncuture wounds] the other might be this guy with the "fuzz"... he otherwise seems healthy ..swims fast with the school and eats in the feeding frenzies..how can i help him , water has been changed a week ago ph is fine

i consider myself an expert of sorts with this program having photo shoppedliterallyy thousands of pictures..i had the adobe 4.0 for ell over 10 years and use it regularly..with one click i could thoroughly andcompletelyy clone an eyeball or face or tree etc. etc...theclonedd copy would have all the resolution of the original with just one click.. HOWEVER about 2 weeks ago , ALL AT ONCE it began cloning only a faint image of the original which sit atop the existing photo...

example : in the past if i were to attempt to clone an eyeball over a small rock , with just one click of the mouse the rock would be replaced completely with the eyeball..NOW when iattemptt thisproceduree a faint eyeball sits over the rock....i know its nothing i'm doing different//i know how to use the tool..something in the mechanics of the tol has changed..how can i get it back to working properly? thank...thats all the info i have...

i have a natural pond, no filters, the fish seem happy and healthy for the most part ..they even breed in the pond....their biggest problem is attacks for cats and wild animals...i found 2 fish alive outside the pond about a month ago ..one died in a few days the other..i dont know for sure...but i do have 1 fish now that looks like the wounded survive and now has white fuzz coming off its sides.. how can i help him..i haven't been able to catch him ..he is still very active and otherwise appears healthy and strong ???/ how can i keep the cats away?

as soon as the weather became WARM any car that is let to sit in the driveway leaves tire prints 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep...there are faint tracks left just from pulling the cars into the driveway..the "kickstand" on my bike made a hole after just a minute or two as did a close-drying rack that ways no more than 2-3 lbs even with the cloths on it.....in one are where one car has sat for an extended time[ 1-2 weeks] the asphalt has all but collapsed...I KNOW THIS IS NOT NORMAL EVEN IN HOT WEATHER: you dont see such problems in our asphalt street nor did any of my neighbors have such issues..Q QUESTION: what can be done to correct this short of spot patching? and if it is re rolled could this cause further problems..thank you...

ps. the driveway sits in the shade a good part of the day not that that should be an issue..i know many driveways that sit in the sun all day and don't have this problem... thank you..

I have a gold fish pond , ive had frogs living in it for about 3 yrs consecutive now on and off for 30 yrs]?

the pond freezes over every yr for about 2-3 months ...i can see the fish moving under the ice but i never know where the frogs go...though now , this yr i can see one large frog laying on the bottom...every day he's in a differentpositionn ,he looks poised but never moves far [ onlyinchess from the starting point... he's very still LOOKS DEAD ! no movement, and a pail green in color[ in the summer the frogs are a dark green & brown and sunthemselvess above water...]...

it is a generic disease that manifests itself by leaving the children with open wounds, scabs, blisters all over their body..part of the continued treatment is bathing the child in vinegar , salt, and bleach..[ that's right..]...most viets i know do not have bath tubs...SOO ..what i would like to do is provide enough money to build a small 10ft by 10 ft room , very clean with ceramic tiles all around, a sanitary place for the child to stay...i would like A/C.. another part of their treatment is to bandage the child completely [ some children refuse this treatment because they are too hot...as you can imagine]... also in the room a little divider with a bath tub... what do you suppose this would cost.again; build a ten by ten tiled room with a bath tub and A/C.... ALSO VERY IMPORTANT...HOW much would the electric bill be for an small A/C unit to run 4-6 hrs a day?
