Please don't yell at me in capital letters as I'm only trying to help you.
First of all (and this might seem like a dumb question) do you have 1 or 2 hoses at the back of the washing machine?
If you only have 1 hose then you connect it to the cold water and the washing machine will warm the water depending on what cycle you select. Most front loaders these days only have 1 hose so they are more efficient.
Your model number doesn't come up in any of the searches I have tried to do so I don't know whether you have a front or top load machine.
If you have 2 hoses then I suggest you call the place where you purchased the machine and ask if they have a service department or can pass you onto someone who does repairs for their machines.
I hope you get it sorted.

We assume the hot water is at the faucet. Here it takes awhile for the hotwater to reach the faucet so the early part of the fill is cool then gradually warms up. The next load is usually hot. If there is hotwater at the faucet and the screen is clearn (thank you for checking that first) then sounds like the mixer inside the machine is out of adjustment.
