Sounds like an allergy. Put benedryl on it and go to a vet. Never heard of mosquito bites on a cat. What about fleas?

Wohoa. Caps, man. Chill on the caps.

Mosquitos generally don't bite cats. Try giving him a flea bath, or take him to the vet. He may be having an allergic reaction, like hives, to something.
