    An aider and abettor is a person who assists in the commission of a crime. Such a person is subject to the same charge, and the same statute of limitations, as the person who commits the crime. However, I think you are asking about accessory--a person who aids somebody who has committed a felony. (Pen C 32.) The statute of limitations on that is 3 years.
