Do you receive email notifications for answers to your questions?

Yahoo says it's highly recommended, but I'm here all the time anyway, especially when I have questions I want answered, so I have them disabled. Do you enable them or disable them? Why / why not?

    I have them disabled just cause it gets irritating.

    I enable them because I have digsby, and one of the things digsby does is notify me when I get an email, so I can see right away if someone has replied- as well as if somebody replied hours after I asked.

    I do. Because sometimes I want 50 new messages. Makes me feel important.
