Never see people do that but yeah some people have a lot of trash. Maybe they can't afford a trip to the dump. Somone thought I threw trash on my roof to be funny but I was doing it because the neighbors dogs would tear up my trash bags back when I lived in a trailer. Lukily the dog got hit by a car and I built a fence.

I don't know about poor people but I know in general liberals are more inconsiderate with trash than conservatives. If you doubt me just check the Washington Mall after a rally. After a conservative event the only place you find trash is in the trash receptacles. After a liberal rally you will see trash all over the place. I think it has to do with attitude, conservatives have the idea that they are responsible for their own messes while liberals feel that the government will clean up after them.
