I worked out and now im really sore and can hardly stand. Please Help!?
I know what its from its from doing excericises iv never done before, but that's not what im here for. Does anyone know of a way that I can help dull some of this pain? Ive takin a alieve and its just not working. Please Help!

You can hardly stand? What the hell did you do :P Anyway, when I used to get the aches after working out I found that stretching helped a lot. Try and find some stretches that work the affected area-for me it was instantly better, especially leg and arm aches. Also remember in future to stretch properly before and after exercise-afterward being more important.
Warm baths may help as well
