Scratched a mosquito bite?

I had what looked like a mosquito bite on my leg and it was a red bump but was pretty itchy and I scratched it too much and basically scratched the bump right off but now its an open sore. What should I do to make it heal fastest?

    Apply neosporin and a bandaid. Don't scratch anymore. This works for my son whom mosquitos love! And he's allergic :(
