What are my chances of getting a boyfriend in college?
I am 17 almost 18 and I might take a gap year and go live in Paris with my sister for a while. I'm biracial ( half black half white ( Irish and Italian ). I think I'm fairly attractive I get s lit if compliments but not line drop deaf gorgeous or anything. I've got hazel eyes, dark brown hair, and tan/ beige skin. I'm about 5'3" and average sized. I dint really speak French but I would learn. What are my chances if getting a bf over their and what are French men like?

Looks initially attract, but it's the personally that makes someone stay! No matter how good your looks are, if your personality isn't attractive, French men will walk away.
French men, for the most part, are pretty snobby and most of them are smokers. However, they do have that whole romantic, whimsical mystique about them, and they are fantastic lovers - not gonna lie.
There is an immigrant problem in France that may hurt you in your endeavors to find a French boyfriend as many of the French resent the forceful opinions of the immigrant population with regards to religion and so forth.
Keep in mind that learning French is extremely difficult for foreigners, but that if you don't expect everyone to speak English and make an effort to speak the language, it would be greatly appreciated and you might not be regarded with the typical Parisian arrogance!
That being said, I'm sure if you're 'fairly attractive' and you make an effort to learn French that you shouldn't encounter any problems! Good luck!
