Is 6 hours of sleep better then none?

Okay, so today is my birthday and i'm really excited about it. It's still Summer for me and I'm on a sleeping schedule where I stay up till like 8am and wake up at about 5pm and i'm sick of it.

If I fell asleep at 8 and woke myself up at 1pm, would that be enough sleep or will i hallucinate and act differently?

I think 5-6 hours of sleep is decent but Idk..

i think the average is eight hours. but there are tons of people who get little sleep, even stay up for days. like people who go to work at 3 in the morning or are on crazy schedule's.

i've hallucinated before though from lack of sleep, but i had stayed up all day and night. so i think you should be okay. (then again i was on a new med.)

    ANYWAYS

if you feel fine, then there's really nothing to worry about.

Yes, 6 hours of sleep is better than none. 3 hours or more sleep is better than none.

Yes- it is better than having no sleep at all.
