How to get big solid copper sulfate crystals?

How do u get big solid cu(2)so4 crystals via crystallisation? The last time I did it all I got was powdery small blue crystals. And can I recrystallise my powdery copper2sulfate crystals?

    You will have to let the water evaporate off slowly, so the crystals will have time to grow. It is even better if you can suspend a crystal in the saturated solution as a "seed", which gives a surface to deposit on. For that, you would use a fairly big, and nicely shaped crystal.

    You can redissolve small crystals and crystallize them again no problem. You are just reversing the change from solid to solution.
