Pain in lower right arm?

Im 16 years old and I play football, two weeks ago my lower right arm hurt really bad every time I make a block in football or when I lift something heavy and it's a really sharp pain. it's just right above the wrist on the outside of my right arm

Does anyone know what this is and what I can do to treat it?

    Its possible you have ligament damage or a sprain if your concerned then take a trip to the doctors and its possible they will take an x-ray just to check there is no broken bones
