Why am I never in my dreams?

I'm always watching from 3rd person or I'm someone else. For example, in my last dream, I was one of Santa's reindeer. But, usually, I or the people I know are know are never in my dreams. Who else dreams this way? And does it mean anything?

    It doesn't have a meaning hidden behind it. All it means is the logical-analytic part of your brain isn't as powerful or active as thE right side as your brain, therefore what is happening and your actions are in 3rd person
