Of course not. The information there is mostly wrong. And the NWT is the worst Bible translation I have ever encountered. I can read Hebrew and Greek, and can say without hesitation that the NWT is a true mess. No English translation is fully correct, but NWT is the worst, followed probably by the CEV. NWT wasn't translated as much as paraphrased to make it fit JW doctrine. In other words, it was the doctrine that decided what their Bible would say, not the other way around. And that is a serious error.

Which means All souls are mine. Behold as the soul of the father so also the soul of the son is mine. Behold, the soul that sins will die.

By the way, my Old Testament is the Masoretic Hebrew text. Since I can read and understand it, I don't have to rely on any translation.

Never mind... I just looked up that verse in the NWT. It's paraphrased rather than translated. It didn't change the meaning much, but it's not a translation. There is no such verb as "belong" in Hebrew.

while u compare translations, one should fully experience the spiritual conflict that arises. it is undescribable.In any case the LORD may soon return and all things will be revealed. art szymkow , ex JW.

It was OK before, but now with the new combined site it is great. The literature one can download is up maybe 600%. Even downloading the NWT.
