Ideas for a short horror story?

How about a story about a woman that gets into some kind of tragic accident like falls off a cliff while she's having a romantic picnic with her lover, goes through purgatory trying to connect with him one last time only to find out she's actually alive, hes haunting her and cant forgive her stuck in this realm of pergatory and it was him that fell off the cliff because she accidently fell and pushed him over after drinking too much, but due to the trauma she experienced she blocked it out and was dreaming the whole time and when she wakes up, he's dead. Then she throws herself off the cliff.
