OMG, we went there on JULy :D. I don't think it's flooded because it's like in the mountains so yeah. WEll have a great time :D

You don't have to read this but i'm just telling you my experience there:

We (my family, cousins/aunts/) went there for like two days only and it was a BLAST! Um we stayed at this place called Crosswinds and geee, it was pretty scary because its going up hill and downhill a lot. WE also had a little adventure time. We wanted to go swimming but the adults said it was far from where our hotel was. BUt we we were too stubborn to listen to them so we went anyways. It was soo tiring going uphill and down hill on foot and we almost got attacked by dogs. So that was our little adventure time with cousins. Anyways there's a lot of fun places you could go there and do. We went zip lining, which wasnt as scary as i thought since i'm not afraid of heights anymore. If you are going zip lining, afterwards, they are going to take a picture of you and if your not an adult, they give out mugs with your picture on it :D. We also went horse back riding and that's about it. I'm sure you could do much more but we only had 2 days and there was like more than 15 of us that went. There's also a mall there somewhere , i think, so you could walk around there too :D. HAVE A GREAT TIME :D

Yes, it is very safe. It's only flooded in some parts of Manila and those parts are not the ones you should be visiting anyway.

Tagaytay is not flooded. You can enjoy your time there.

Not all of Manila is flooded. Manila is huge, there are parts that are up hill and some that are low down

Well, apart from the Islamic terrorists, robbers, and scammers, the apocalyptic disasters are just as deadly.
