My dog has a insect bite!?

My 9 year old toy poodle has a insect bite in between his bum and willy.

He had sore legs and tries to itch it by biting it but it hurts his legs when he does and starts screaming. is there anyway to stop the bite from itching or him from itching the bite?

Thanks

Also is there anyway to help his sore legs?

That doesn't sound normal. You need to take him to the vet.

'Sore legs' isn't very descriptive. You need to take your dog to the vet. He should have been taken when he first got 'sore legs'. While you are at the vets they will tell you if he has an insect bite or something else going on.

You need to take him to the vet. It could be a flea allergy. He'll need a good quality flea treatment. They may also give you medication to help sooth the itch.

What in this world of yours there are no plants around? What do you think people did before companies started seeing consumers as suckers.....and will buy anything that is in a bottle or spray. How disgusting putting nasty, microscopic bug invested feces on what is more then not a open soar (after scratching). YUK
