How many High School football players are rated blue chip talent ?

Just curious someone asked me the question and I didnt know

How many High School football players are rated blue chip talent ?

do they actually have a blue chip prospect list or does it all depend on subjective evaluations?

or is it just the top 100 rated high school athletes regardless of the position you play?

    Very, very few. Maybe one hundred in the country probably less

    Actually, there is no such thing as a blue chip prospect list... I personally believe that any such list is based on subjective evaluations...
