At what hour of the day GMT would the fewest number of people be awake on earth ?

Potentially, of course. Assuming most people went to bed around 22.00 and woke up around 08.00, say

Update:

19.00 GMT (which would include most of russia, all of india and pakistan, china, japan and Indonesia sleeping) or 06.00 GMT (which, besides smaller countries, would mean most of US, South America, Mexico and all of Africa would be asleep) ?

Most of Asia is ahead of GMT by 8 hours. I guess 4 p.m. GMT when most in China will sleep.
