How to get rid of ants in the car?
I live in florida and left my car parked under a tree while i was on vacation for 3 months. I left the car perfectly clean inside out and i usually keep it clean anyway, never spilling or leavin food or drinks in the car. But leaves and little branches fell off the tree and clogged up spaces under the hood and trunk of my car, i vaccuumed out whatever leaves i could reach, vaccuumed the interiors, sprayed some raid in any non-hazardous places i could think of, took out all sweet smelling air fresheners and had the car washed and detailed about 3 times. Right when i think theyre all gone i see another swarm crawling around. And i had a new hardwood desk i bought at ikea in my car for about 18hours and when i got back into my car i realized they were crawling all over EVERYTHING! Idk what to do?! do ant baits work? In the car or will that just attract more random ants everywhere i park?

yes, the liquid ant baits work good!.... put dribbles and dabs here , there and all around where you see the ants.... they'll congregate there , sucking up the bait and taking it back to the nest....wherever it is..... soon the colony will die out..... meanwhile, park the car in the sun so it heats up good....did you take it to a car wash?... that spray that gets up under the car might be the best thing.....and into the wheel wells.... and did you tell the problem to the folks who did your carwashes?.... they gotta know what to look for and where to spray......
I've been using the liquid ant bait on my trash and recycle cans... they used to be overrun with ants helping themselves to the 'leftovers'.... now they're rarely seen.... the stuff works!!!

in the car? Spray the entire interior of the car with RAID ant spray. Let it dry. Then sweep or vacume them.
