Someone who knows how to formulate a game formula and play the game in the SEO world. Someone who has specific plans on how they will execute every seo campaign on a timely manner. But, if you're planning to hire SEO companies to achieve high rankings in search engines, it's not an easy task to begin with. You won't find anyone who charges below $100 per hour. The question is: What if you don't have thousands of dollars per month to hire an SEO team? Well, how about doing it yourself? If you're looking for cheap search engine optimization techniques, you can start reading SEO ebooks which offers a not-so-complicated to follow steps for newbies and not so techy people. I recommend that you get a copy of "SEO and Social Media Marketing Guide", authored by Tom Heatherington.

This isn't an answer you are going to like, but it is the answer to your question.
Few to none Wikipedia editors are going to be willing to edit Wikipedia in a way that will promote your company - they donate their time to build the greatest free encyclopedia they can, compromising that for money would be against the reason they are Wikipedians in the first place. Obviously there are people who are willing to do this, you can generally find someone on Craigslist; search for Wikipedia. Wikipedia discourages this strongly. The outcome will most likely will be very poor, and whatever you are aiming for (greater exposure, a positive view of your company on Wikipedia) will probably fail. As far as SEO goes, WIkipedia's external links are all no-follow links to avoid being gamed for SEO purposes. If it's seen as spamming, your url will become blacklisted, so that it can't be added to Wikipedia at all. Further, there are the media who like to crusify companies for 'having payed for edits to their Wikipedia entry'.
So the short off it:
* You can find editors to work on Wikipedia articles for you on Craigslist
* That person will almost assuredly to fail at doing what you want.
* If it has any effect whatsoever on the public perceptence of your company, 99% of the time it will be a negative effect.
and lastly, on a personal note as a Wikipedian, please don't do this, it gives us more work cleaning stuff up, doesn't improve the free encyclopedia we're working hard to try to build. We won't like you for it.

Why not just ask your relations if they edit Wikipedia, or have a Wikipedia editor in their possession?

Please read carefully http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:SEO : paid editing raises concerns of conflict of interests and is not encouraged.
