I want to swich over to a complete vegetable diet. Most people advice that ladies should not consume non - veg diet as this excites the sexual need of a women.Even otherwise, I have decided to be a vegetarian -

Tomatoes have lycopene and red orbs which are well known for their cancer-defending properties. They are full of Vitamin A and Vitamin K which help in keeping your blood pressure levels under control.
Broccoli. When one talks about vegetables which can fight diseases effectively, broccoli ranks amongst the highest. They are a storehouse of antioxidants which help in fighting rectal, lungs and stomach cancers. Different types of vegetables have different nutritional values. Dark green vegetables are typically rich in calcium, iron, B vitamins and vitamin C . If you enjoy your greens as steamed vegetables instead of raw, you’ll actually get more nutritional value from them!
