how to get ''floating'' task bar?

aka, what do i need to do to make task bar at bottom of screen ''disappear'' when I don't pass mouse on it?

    Right click on Taskbar,

    choose "Properties" ,

    choose "Auto-Hide The Taskbar"

    and click OK
