What is the best way to find fantasy writers?

Hello! A couple months ago I opened up my fantasy world (Korovia) to become a "Free License Fantasy World" where anyone can join, write and digitally publish their short stories and even novels via Amazon Kindle, Kobo, Nook, Lulu, etc. I have had a number of people visit the website (Korovia.com) and contribute so far, but I want to get a lot more fantasy writers involved with the project. It would be nice to get some big name authors to contribute a short story or two as well, but for now I am focused on getting more young but dedicated writers who are into a Tolkien / D&D style world and contributing to it.

Any suggestions for the best ways to find fantasy writers and get them involved?
