Halo: Reach nameplate help?

So I beat Halo 3 beat the camping all times and played online. Even Halo 3: ODST on all the difficult settings and I have the code from Halo Combat Evolved for PC and beat Marathon Durandal.

But when I click one one and get on Xbox and play Halo: reach none of those show

On Bungie .net I will click Using Nameplate and it says Using and nothing happens.

Are they even working anymore or was it at a certain time?

    You can't change your nameplates anymore. After Bungie transferred all their data to 343 Industries, they stopped supporting nameplate changes.
