In the UK, unless you've already been attending a top stage school for many years, you've left it far too late to get any auditions as a child.
The only way now would be to get A Level Drama at college, as well as a few other subjects, learn to sing really well, take professional dance lessons, take independent acting classes and get lots of experience in local drama groups and shows, and then try for a place at a top drama school for a 3-year degree-level course.
After that, you might be able to get an agent who would find you auditions.
There's no way you could get auditions for paying jobs yet - and you'd have to be ready to act on stage, for TV or film, adverts, schools tours, pantomime - anything. And you couldn't pick where - actors have to be ready to take any work they can get!
Even getting a tiny role in a minor production is incredibly difficult - but without years of training and experience you wouldn't stand a chance.
It's a lot harder than you seem to imagine.
Sorry!
