How to tone my lower belly?

I have been doing crunches and allot of abb workouts, but it only tones my upper belly.

My upper stomach is really thin, but it gets fatter as it goess down.

Please help me

    The best way is to lie on your back and raise your legs at 45 degrees, hold, bring them back to the floor but DO NOT touch the floor. Raise them up again, hold, lower. Do 20 of these. This targets the lower abs. Crunches affects the upper abs while the leg lifts target specifically, the lower abs.

  • proper excercise is the only way. swim! walk! jog! rowing machine, step, zumba, bellydancing. also stay away from carbs as they will give you false bloat
