Do you think Penn State will shut down?

They have the only online degree program with the option I want. I won't do degree mill schools like U of Phoenix. I'm just worried about a collapse from financial hardship stemming from the lawsuits. I don't want to get a degree, only to have there be no more school where I got my degree!

Penn State will not shot down, no matter what a few idiots say. Their insurance company will pay for the lawsuits. Penn State is a great academic institution and always will be, people who say otherwise are ignorant, and it is useless to speak with ignorant people. I got my degree from Penn State and I couldn't be prouder, it is an amazing accomplishment and nothing that happened has any bearing on that.

The whole school? No. Online programs? Those come and go, and aren't very respected anyway, no matter what school you take them from. There's really no way to prove you didn't cheat your way through the whole thing, and most people do.
