my puppy has worms and wont eat or drink and threw up?

Its been about 3 days since my dog ate , she didn't drink anything yesterday (that's noticeable), and yesterday she threw up bile. We also noticed a tapeworm in her poop yesterday(first time seeing one and we minister her poop) were getting her deworming medicine today, will this bring back her appetite?

Her belly isn't filled with them, she doesn't want to play so much anymore, and she's a small ten pound dog if that helps. And we can't afford a vet.

Update:

She will however eat puppy treats

Once you get the worms out of your dogs body, she will go back to eating and playing. Good job for going to the vet today. See if your dog has fleas too. Get rid of your flea problem.

If you cannot afford vet care, then surrender your dog to a shelter/rescue, where she'll get the treatment she needs, then be adopted out to a responsible owner.

If you can't afford a vet you need to surrender your puppy to the animal shelter so it can be properly cared for. How will you get her vaccinations done? Geez.

If you can't afford medical treatment you shouldn't have a dog
