Is high school scary?

It's alllll what you make it. High School isn't scary in the way that movies display it, with the bullies stuffing you into lockers and dunking your head into toilets (at least no High School's I know of). It's scary in the sense that you're given a lot more personal responsibility for the choices you make. Middle school you can just kind of coast through, but High School is really going to make or break your future, in a lot of ways. Colleges look for good grades and really well rounded people. My biggest piece of advice to you is to make sure that you stay consistent with your studies from this year on. It's terrible to see people who BSed their first 2 years of High School and scrambling the last couple of years to get the grades they need. Study hard, earn the grades you get. Involve yourself in activities that interest you, but don't over-work yourself. Have fun, stay consistent, and keep your eyes on the prize (getting the hell out of there). High School can be a great experience, but you'll have your sucky people in classes, or teachers that shouldn't do the job of teaching. Focus on being the best you can be. Good luck and have fun!

Not really. You can choose the easy way and follow the current to the end of a waterfall and ruin your life. Or you can fight against the current and get to safety.

If everyone buys stuff from Aeropostale doesn't mean you have to. Buy from any store you want.
