Why should a guy get married? (USA)?
It seems like there is little to be gained from marriage...
1. Divorce is a near certainty.
2. Most women lose their physical fitness (if they had it to start with) after marriage.
3. It just seems like all the things most guys want from a girl can be obtained outside marriage or are at least lost in a marriage.
Any thoughts on the topic?
BTW: I am not saying that ladies have many reasons to marry a guy either; if you feel compelled to talk of how marriage is lame for women... feel free :)

Besides insurance benefits.... Well, you can act that way, but eden you're married, it's a commitment like no other. It's very special. And you don't know that you won't get divorced. But I think it's cowardly to just live with people.
