Worried about my tongue piercing?!?

I've had my tongue pierced since September of last year and I had the same thing for about three months. It's completely normal. It has a lot to do with using mouth wash on the regular. It will kill your taste buds and leave white residue on your tongue (usually around the bar). Make sure you're using mouth wash that is alcohol free and doesn't have any teeth whitening chemicals in it. The indentation it's making in your tongue is from your swelling and your balls are constantly being pressed into your tongue creating the circle around them. No worries! :)

Yu can kind of scrape the white off that your talking about alls it is is puss and some calcium. But whatever you use just make sure it's clean. It's under your tongue right? It'll keep coming back so don't do it every time you see a little bit wait for it to build up like it is now and get it again. It's perfectly fine tho. And rinse after you do so.!
