would it be alright to ask my coach to be a job reference if I haven't seen them in 4 years?
I had an interview today (for hopefully my first job) at a clothing store and they said they need some references to continue. Would it be alright if I asked my old cross-country/track coach from highschool to be a job reference?
I did pretty well in Cross Country, but im not sure he would remember me.
I graduated in 2010 and did track/cross-country in 2008.
