Android Task Manager and Whats Running?
I need an Android geek to help me out here. I have an Android Optimus Q (LG55C model). It is not rooted and not looking to root unless I have to. I have Task Manager downloaded. Can anyone tell me if there is a better app than Task Manager for killing running apps and if there is an app I can download to tell me exactly what apps are running in the background?

Your confusion contradicts on what you are asking. Task manager should show what apps are running in the backround. Try Advanced Task Manager.
