I have been looking at youtube videos and blogs on the internet but non of them says the actual Step by Step instructions and they are also really hard to follow if you are not use to installing mod etc.
So if anyone knows Step by Step instructions for the installation of the mod DayZ mod for ArmA 2.

There is a manual way to install this mod, however you're insane if you don't use a program that does it for you.
Step#1 Install legit copies of arma2 and OA or the CO package
Step#2 Launch each of the games to create your BattleEye registry keys (get to the main menu then quit)
Step#3 Download DayzCommander http://www.dayzcommander.com/
Step#4 Run the commander to download/install all the updates/mod
Step#5 Use the commander to search for an find a server you'd like to play on.
