Low frames per second (Computer gaming troubles)?

I just started playing guild wars and I have unbearably low FPS when in WvW. I don't know much about computers but according to canirunit.com my computer should be running it just fine but I hardly can on the lowest of low settings. I've been told it's my Graphics Card but would like to know from someone who is savvy with this stuff Here's my specs. Thanks

Processor AMD Phenom(tm) 9100e Quad-Core Processor

Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB

Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6570

Gaming graphics 4863 MB Total available graphics memory

Primary hard disk 536GB Free (596GB Total)

Update:

Where would I find a decent Graphics Card for a decent price?

I would agree that it's the graphics card.

Here's how the AMD numbering system works:

    - The first number is the series - the newest one available is 7.

    - The second number is what the card is designed for. 0-3 is your lowest of the low "I just want my monitor to work" kind of card. 4-6 is your middle of the road media card for playing movies. 7 is a low end gaming card, 8 is mid-range gaming card and 9 is the best available gaming card.

    - The third number is basically just how they differentiate between different versions of the 2nd number. Higher is always better.

    - The fourth number is always zero.

So. You have a video card designed for playing movies, not games. Grabbing a 6850 for $125 would be a MASSIVE upgrade.

human beings look to have difficulty reading lol his hdd is empty... he has 537GB of loose area... meaning hes in basic terms used 59GB lol And he says it of course "photographs AMD Radeon HD 6570" jesus christ human beings... i desire you to understand, photograph reminiscence has no longer something to do with overall performance. actually no longer something. you have a 6570, it rather is a low end photographs card, inspite of 100TB of video reminiscence, its nonetheless a PoS. It relies upon on what decision you're enjoying at. in case you play at 1920x1080, you ought to be waiting to play video games on low settings devoid of plenty or any lag. (in case you play at bigger then 1920x1080 or use multi video demonstrate instruments, it rather is your undertaking). you is only no longer waiting to play on relatively something above decrease settings at 1920x1080. in case you play at a decrease decision, you will possibly be waiting to push out med settings with sturdy fps. For gaming you probable decide to look at some thing like a 6770/7770 or greater useful. additionally your cpu is notably susceptible, its in basic terms a million.8ghz. Its a quad middle, yet video games in basic terms use 2 cores regardless in case you have greater then 2 or no longer. Its additionally a notably outdated cpu. you ought to purchase an amd A4 twin middle and it could in all possibility outperform your contemporary cpu in gaming (as its consistent with plenty greater useful shape).
