How to optimize processes?
I want to optimize process in my team. And i realize that it cant be done withouut using specist software. The only one I know more or less good is Jira. But we dont need such a sophisticated system because it is counterproductive. What do you use?

We use Comindware Tracker now. It is also not so simple as Basecamp or Teamlab but this is not a big problem. Such software as Jira an Comindware will provide you with wide range of different useful posibilities. You will be able to manage your projects much more effective. But if you only need to create and control tasks - try Teamlab or Comindware task management. They both are simple to use and free.
