What is the bottleneck of your Agile project management tool, if any? There's a lot of advertising buzz around Agile PM software but I would like to know if there are pains and difficulties with them

What are the latest trands of PM organizing tools? Please, name several of them

Does anyone had any security concerns with cloud-based services? I'm a bit worried about privacy of invoices or work breakdowns that are stored somewhere else. What are the ideas of increasing the security of cloud-based services?

I'm looking for a time tracking software that has good capabilities of Excel export. I like to break the project time-tracking tasks down for several levels. And I believe there could be a software could take the data on those levels and then export it to Excel as a summarized total.

There's a lot of PM tools for tracking projects. But they are not equal for tech guys and non-tech guys. Some like Pivotal tracker are good for tech and awful for non-techs. Others are better for business oriented guys. Is there a tool that is equally good for dev and non-dev?

I have used Basecamp as a time tracking software that was really great within a team. But now I face a problem based on the Basecamp constrain. I need to track time of a third party team that is not possible within Basecamp. Do you know a software that can do everything Basecamp can and have a possibility to track other teams?

Do you use iPad for your PM activities and which applications do you use? Maybe you have an app to take notes through meetings?

When it comes to managing project activities MS Excel becomes a problem espesially when the workload is realy heavy. Does exist any alternatives for it?

There is no doubt that every company today should usу collaboratio0nal tools if it wants to be successful. It occurs from the fact that oral communication and conversations is not enough for creation of effective environment.

So let's talk about good collaboration tools you've tried to use.

How do you think in a situation when a company need to decide what to spend money for and there are two alternatives:

1. to automate daily routine tasks

2. to automate incident management

What this company should choose? What it depends on?And why?

Does working in Agile project means using the special software? It is interesting because i have several friends which try to convince me that becoming agile starts from using special soft. But i am not sure in this. As I've read in the web - almost all PM software cam be used with both RUP and Agile. Am I or my friends right?

Google Drive strives to make me mad. I am tired of reinstalling. Guys I need a different soft with the same possibilities. It will be great if this soft have task tracking component either. I've seen there another question but no good answers.

I want to optimize process in my team. And i realize that it cant be done withouut using specist software. The only one I know more or less good is Jira. But we dont need such a sophisticated system because it is counterproductive. What do you use?
