Share with us what main problems did you face while implementing Agile? For example our big problem was connected with the software we used previously. We faced the necessity to change it immediately but we couldn't take the decision.

Hi, our huge problem was people. To be more specific - we need to change many processes. Here we are talking not only about software but about actions. We had several team members who were against agile because had negative experience at their previous company. So we spend much time on explanation. I didn't think that we wasted that time. It is important to make people understand agile and benefits it brings. About you problem with software I advice you to try comindware.
