Does working in Agile project means using the special software?
Does working in Agile project means using the special software? It is interesting because i have several friends which try to convince me that becoming agile starts from using special soft. But i am not sure in this. As I've read in the web - almost all PM software cam be used with both RUP and Agile. Am I or my friends right?

You are totally right! Agile refers to processes not to software. This is a lifestyle in some sense so in obviously need instruments to be implemented effectively. And almost all really good software today can be tuned especially for SCRUM or RUP if the team needs it. You need to read about Comindware Tracker and Jira. And also your friends are wrong in this thread.
