Where to advertise a Minecraft Server?

I have a really great minecraft server- most people who go on it end up loving it, but the rate that new people check it out is painfully low... Currently im posting on reddit/mcservers and planet minecraft, i made a youtube vid but that got barely any views, and ive tried minecraftForums... which is good but a thread bump there only lasts like 10 seconds -.-

Im actually OK with PAYING for a good advertising service, but the only ones ive seen are little text ads that nobody cares about... If you know any sites that can really increase player traffic, (for under $10/week-ish) id love to hear about em

So, if anyones had good experience with some cheap paid advertising sites, or (even better) good free sites, please list some here :D

    If you are on a tight budget and would like the most bang for your buck , i'd suggest using ProjectWonderful , you can bid for a specific region of traffic and you pay based on time instead of clicks.

    Either find a website with low bids and let it run or bid on higher traffic websites during rush hours for that specific region.

    Here are a few that i know of that use projectwonderful. ( most of them also have other kinds of expensive advertisement )

    There are also other websites like this one ( http://mcservers.org/ ) that offers advertising by the week. I think they also provide statistics/proof of players actually clicking on your server.

    And keep on bumping that minecraftforum thread with moderation , it's worth it.

    Make the same video about your minecraft server under the name hot girl stripping and people will watch it. Be sure to make the cover picture a actual girl though lols

    Try either Reddit or a forum of some sort like the Minecraft forums. Hope this helped :)
