Homecoming advice?.. Freshman crush advice?. Read Details.?
So today was my first day of school as a freshman in high school. I met this girl who is really pretty and she seems nice. She is in my home room and a few of my classes. We had like this team building thing in the morning, so we had some time together. The homecoming dance is in three weeks and I want to ask her. She doesn't know anything about me besides my name. Can I have some advice on what to do and not to do? If I compliment her will it sound creepy? All I need is some general advice please? I need girls to answer this question so they could give me the best advice. Thanks.

My best advice to you is to talk to her as often in your classes and in homeroom without being too obvious, such as just "happening" to sit by her in a couple classes or asking to borrow a pencil or something. Start with things like that for small talk, then work to talking to her more over the week. Act interested, but not too eager(that's what makes guys seem creepy). Also I would plan on asking her 2 weeks prior to homecoming a) so she has time to find a dress (not kidding) and b) so another guy doesn't ask her before you do.
I hope this helps!

I'm a freshman too.A girl.. Keep flirting with her. smile at her and make her feel special. Don't talk to other girls around her. When she's there, only look at her and talk to her.
